I served as the Moderator for a United Nations panel titled “Indigenous Media, Empowering Indigenous Voices,” last week at the United Nations to commemorate International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples, which brought together Indigenous journalists who share news for, by and about Indigenous communities from their corner of the world.
I served as the Moderator for the 2012 United Nations panel titled “Indigenous Media, Empowering Indigenous Voices.”  The event commemorated International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples, which brought together Indigenous journalists who share news for, by and about Indigenous communities from their corner of the world.  The program aired live around the world via UN TV, UN Radio and on UN.org.
